Nebraska Family Planning (NEFP) works to provide access to reproductive health care services and education while recognizing that family planning is a basic human right that is essential for the well-being of all individuals. We are here for all NEBRASKANS.
For all Nebraskans
Birth control allows you to prevent and plan the timing of pregnancy. A birth control method should fit your lifestyle, body, and needs. Learn about the various birth control methods and discover which may be best for you.
Many STI’s (including HIV) do not have any signs or symptoms. If you’re sexually active, it’s important to get tested regularly. Most of our clinics offer both testing and treatments for STI’s.
Annual Exams can help to identify identify reproductive health concerns early, as well as inform you of ways to stay healthy. Our clinics offer breast exams for cancer screenings, Pap smears, and pelvic exams.
Title X is the sole federal program dedicated to providing comprehensive family planning services and preventative health services. These services include contraception, pregnancy testing and counseling, preconception health care, STI/HIV screening and treatment, breast and pelvic exams, breast and cervical cancer screenings, and basic infertility services.
