Nebraska Family Planning Coalition

The Nebraska Family Planning Coalition (NEFPC) works to prioritize, enhance, and expand family planning and reproductive healthcare services and education throughout the state of Nebraska. Each NEFP Title X agency is required to have at least two representatives serving as members of the NEFPC. The NEFPC at large will function as a steering group for the committees. The Coalition is also composed of four committees that meet 3-4 a year. The current NEFPC Committees include:

  • Contracts and Compliance Committee
  • Data and Technology Committee
  • Healthcare Professionals Committee
  • Rural & Urban Access and Education Committee
To learn more about the NEFPC, please contact communications@nefamilyplanning.org.

Client Advisory Council

The Client Advisory Council (CAC) partners with members of our local, regional, and statewide communities who have been benefited from our healthcare services and systems. This Council will allow past and present clients to voice their experience, point of view, and suggestions for service improvement. Their input will be centered in our quality improvement initiatives to drive the development of patient-centered care in our clinics.

It is critical for NEFP to position our clients and patients at the center of our decisions and to evaluate strategies that will heighten impact based on effectiveness, relevancy, appropriateness, and accountability. Our goal is to advocate for services, policies, and programs that are relevant to our patients’ needs. To apply, please click here.

Reproductive and Sexual Health Equity Clinical Training Center

Nebraska Family Planning’s Reproductive and Sexual Health Equity Clinical Training Center (CTC) is housed at the NEFP office in Omaha, Nebraska and available to all Title X staff throughout the state as an additional educational opportunity. It is anticipated the CTC will be available 4-6 times a year.

The CTC is designed for healthcare professionals that are new to the specializations of family planning, as well as those desiring to enhance their practice. It will be tailored to each participant’s preferences, choices, and practice.
